Highly experienced Non-Executive in SME and large international groups. Chairman of a Not for Profit. CEO of manufacturing and engineering companies, both as owner and employee. Engaged with Lean & Six Sigma. Formerly 20 years as Automotive Tier 1 Group CEO and Specialist Engineering CEO. Specialties in engineering: drivetrain, fastenings, composites, braking systems, race car technology, and plastic tooling. Specialties in management: Team development, acquisition, JV, disposal, funding, negotiation, and efficiency improvement. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management. Past member of the Cadbury Committee for IOD. Extensive experience with global groups in China, Japan, India, Germany, and the USA.

Commercially and operationally focused director with expertise in strategic planning, business development and change management. Long track record of growing businesses both organically and through M&A in Security and CCTV, Recycling and Print and Packaging. Formerly Group FD of $500m US listed packaging group, CFO of UK listed packaging materials group, and CFO of PE-backed recycling group. Former CFO of PE-backed security and CCTV group, achieving substantial growth through successful buy and build programme to develop a leading European business.
